2. 社工證明：社工的評估報告，確認申請者及其家庭的需求。  長期病患包括身理病患和心理病患。身理病患如糖尿病、心臟病、癌症等，病程需持續超過六個月；心理病患如重度憂鬱症、焦慮症、精神分裂症等，需經診斷並持續治療。  我們希望這項優惠能實際幫助到那些真正需要支持的家庭，謝謝大家的理解與支持！
